| Halfway through the cheese course at home |
The only decent quotations I could find about cheese were (of course) from the French.... "Fromage et pain est medecin au sain." (Bread and cheese is medicine for the well.) "S'il qui mange du fromage, s'il ne le fait, il enrage."
(He who does not eat cheese will go mad.)I particularly like the first one. While I would like to agree with the second, I do know people who prefer not to eat cheese. It's a mystery to me, but that's how it is.
